Built-in grinder and perfect dosing

The conical grinder with metal burrs automatically grinds, portions, and tamps up to 22g of coffee for a double espresso. You can also use a 14g sieve. All settings are conveniently controlled via the touchscreen .

The OPV valve controls maximum pressure during extraction, preventing bitterness. The low-pressure pre-infusion function gradually increases pressure, evenly moistening the coffee and ensuring perfect extraction.
