The squadron glided over the outskirts, and the aroma of coffee in the thermos mug tasted even more delicious than usual. It's a medium-roast Arabica blend from Ethiopia. It 's a perfectly balanced blend of aroma, flavor, and acidity, roasted at 210-220 degrees Celsius. It offers optimal caffeine levels while still retaining a delicate flavor. It comes from the Sidamo region, at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters above sea level, and has been wet-processed.
